Pool Policies

We have been busy behind the scenes working on our COVID 19 policies and procedures in order to make our pool safe for both our customers and staff.  Our team has been trained in all the necessary measures to keep us safe.  These measures have affected how we do things in several ways including:

  • how we use our changing rooms
  • the number in our classes
  • how we teach
  • rigorous and regular cleaning regimes.

We ask you for your understanding and patience to help us to keep within industry and government guidance so that we can continue to keep everyone safe, happy and enjoying the activities you love.   Please review our New Pool Policies as well as our One-way System for our changing rooms, by watching our short video or reading below. You will be sent a Self Declaration Form asking you to comply to our Pool Policies via email before returning to classes which is mandatory for everyone to complete.
