Pool Policies

We have put COVID 19 policies and procedures in order to make our pool safe for both our customers and staff.  Our team has been trained in all the necessary measures to keep us safe.  These measures have affected how we do things in several ways including:

  • how we use our changing rooms
  • the number in our classes
  • how we teach
  • rigorous and regular cleaning regimes. 

We ask you for your understanding and patience to help us to keep within industry and government guidance so that we can continue to keep everyone safe, happy and enjoying the activities you love.   Please review our New Pool Policies as well as our One-way System for our changing rooms, by watching our short video or reading below. You will be sent a Self Declaration Form asking you to comply to our Pool Policies via email before returning to classes which is mandatory for everyone to complete.

New Pool Policies

  • Do not come to class if you or your little one has any symptoms - cough, high temperature, shortness of breath, breathing difficulties

  • Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your open swim/lesson

  • Arrive ready to swim and bring one bag only

  • Please use hand sanitiser on arrival

  • Practice social distancing at all times

  • Shower at home before and after your class

  • No food allowed in the changing rooms

  • No additional spectators allowed

  • Make sure to bring everything home as we will not be able to keep any lost property left behind

  • Wear a mask at all times bar in the the pool itself

One-way System

  • On arrival you will be shown where you wait to enter the pool

  • Changing before swimming will take place pool side

  • Please remove shoes on entry to pool

  • Parents keep swimming bags with them

  • Children wait at their designated spot for their Teacher or Team member to call them into their class

  • Parent will exit the side of the pool and can view their child's class from the clearly marked spots

  • After the lesson, parents will re-enter the pool hall on the far side (near reception) to collect their children

  • The existing changing rooms will be available for dressing on a communal basis

  • Please clean down your changing bench before and after swimming with the wipes provided

  • Exit from the dressing room will be via the Gents changing room through reception.
